The Philips C243N Miniwatt vacuum tube pentode is a rare, ca. 1925 up to 1945 device that was used mainly in radios produced in the Netherlands, Austria, former Czechoslovakia and Australia. It has strong emission with Ia = 190% nominal emission; measured on ELPO P-508 tube tester it had an Ia of 11.5 mA for Uf = 2V , Ua = 150V , Ug1=-4.5V and Ug2=125 V with 100 %Ia at 6mA . This makes it a very reliable component for use in vintage radio equipment from this period of time.
